About Online Banking

Increased Authentication

Increased Authentication provides an additional layer of security to the login process, requiring you to select and answer three security questions.

How it Works

When you log in to online banking from a computer that is not registered as "trusted", you will have to answer one of your three security questions before you can enter your PAC and log in to online banking.

ReCaptcha

ReCaptcha is intended to increase protection from fraud. As fraudsters have become more sophisticated, tools to protect ourselves from automated attacks have also improved.

ReCaptcha is a tool that requires you, our member, to confirm that you are a human. After you input your member number and access code, a group of images will appear and you will be asked to identify items in these images.

Below is an example of what you will be asked. If you do not identify the required images, you will be prompted to do it again. You may be asked to do this up to 10 times

Registering Your Computer for Faster Logins

You can speed up the login process by opting to register your computer. When you log in from a registered computer, you don't have to answer a security question before entering your PAC.

Registering your home or personal computer is recommended for faster logins. You should not register shared or public computers.

Cookies are used to identify registered computers. If you clear your cookies, you will have to re-register your computer.
